Suchita Kumari holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development (XISS) and in Human Rights from NLSUI. She has nearly 14 years of experience of engaging with varied human rights based programmes for disadvantaged communities namely women, children, Burmese refugees, Dalits and tribal communities. Her expertise lies in project formulation, partner management, documentation, liaison and advocacy, donor communication etc. Her work in the past has spanned across Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal and Delhi.
She joined PHIA Foundation earlier this year and is delighted to be part of the Jharkhand team that gives her the opportunity to work in her home state. She likes to have deep meaningful conversations and is fond of slow mindful living.
