Shikha leads our work for the State Migrant Control Room under the aegis of the Department of Labour, Employment, Training and Skill Development, Government of Jharkhand.
She is a Management Graduate from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi with thirteen years of experience. Her main responsibilities have revolved around donor reporting and compliances, project management, and monitoring and evaluations of projects in partnership with the Government, media, CSOs and different stakeholders. She has worked in the areas of natural resource management, ecological restoration, right based approach, self-help group promotion, child protection issues, migrant issues, monitoring and evaluations, database management, documentation, networking and liasoning. During her free time, she likes to read, diary writing, and she also loves traveling. She lives in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
