Swati Kundra

Swati is the Head of Finance for PHIA Foundation. She is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience working in the finance domain in a multi-cultural, multi-dimensional and multi-sectorial environment. Her expansive career included working for large MNC’s like American Express to heading the finance department for one of the countries of largest social development project – Poorest Areas Civil Society (PACS) programme funded by (then DFID, now FCDO) of UK Government with a budget of over GBP 32 million. She has conducted audits, monitoring of projects and also imparted trainings on financial management, accounting, FCRA and taxation to more than 250 civil society organizations across India. A social entrepreneur at heart, she loves singing and creating safe spaces for local communities and budding women social entrepreneur (always with a radiant smile).
