Kaushik Pal is an MBA. In the years, 2007-08 and 2008-09 he received the Nirmal Gram Puruskar from the, then Honourable President of India.
He is known for attention to detail while running a programme and efficiency in completing time bound projects. Advocacy, capacity building, IEC/BCC and implementation of programmes at grassroot level are his areas of expertise. He also has a strong-hold on formulating and implementing diverse technical and non-technical intervention strategies on developing water security plans.
He joined PHIA Foundation in May 2022 as a state lead to implement WASH project in West Singhbhum and Khunti.
