Nawal is leading the Jharkhand Integrated Development of Health and Nutrition Project (JIDHAN) in Jharkhand. He has been associated with the PHIA Foundation since September 2021. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from Institute of Science and Management (ISM), Ranchi, Jharkhand. He has 18 years of experience in community mobilization, community engagement processes, liaisoning, networking, project management, partnership and grant management with reputed organizations. Prior to his association with PHIA Foundation, he has worked with NBJK, Child In Need Institute (CINI) and Plan India at state level positions.
Nawal enjoys exploring different places for leisure. He also takes a lot of interest in taking part and watching development and political debate in public and on different television channels.
