Saurabh’s journey in the developmental sector began during his college time while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, laying a strong foundation in sustainable farming practices. Early in his career, he worked closely with farmers, gaining invaluable insights into their challenges and inspiring him to contribute towards improving their livelihoods. His dedication and expertise led him to strategic roles where he successfully managed complex rural development projects in partnership with government agencies.
A pivotal chapter in his career involved working alongside Indian Army personnel, where he imbibed the values of discipline and resilience, further enhancing his ability to achieve precision in project execution. Over the past 18 years, he has championed initiatives promoting climate-smart agriculture, organic farming, and women-led self-help groups, fostering sustainable livelihoods for rural communities.
