Dr. Belinda Bennet is a values-based passionate leader with more than three decades of experience in international development, particularly as it pertains to child rights, excluded communities and women.
She has served as the regional head of Christian Aid U.K. and forged a thriving new business model for India. She’s also spent years addressing social inclusion by working with excluded communities, having founded Sakthi-Vidiyal (which helps children facing difficulties, such as life on the street) and served as the Chair for Cure International India Trust (which addresses the disability caused by clubfoot among children).
Formerly the country director of Children Believe, India office, Belinda now heads the programs-and-policies team as Chief International Programs Officer. Aside from overseeing our five directors working around the world, she also supports management of our grant program from her office in India.
