Arti is a dynamic and passionate development professional with over 18 years of experience in the sector. As a Programme Lead at PHIA, she brings extensive expertise in project management, grants and partnership management, advocacy, campaigning, policy engagement, and capacity building.
With a Masters in Women’s Studies from Lucknow University, Arti holds a deep understanding of gender issues and is dedicated to promoting social inclusion and equity. Her work spans pressing issues such as gender, youth, education, governance, livelihood, capacity building of marginalised-led civil society organisations.
Based in Delhi, Arti not only excels in program management but also leads PHIA’s Gender Campaign. Within PHIA, she serves as the focal person for Gender and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), showcasing her expertise and dedication to advancing gender equality and preventing abuse.
Beyond her professional achievements, Arti’s adventurous spirit shines through her love for travel, poetry, and music. As a passionate advocate for marginalized communities, Arti remains steadfast in her commitment to empowering and advancing gender equality and social justice.
