Pankaj Kumar

Pankaj has been part of the PHIA Foundation since mid-2018, currently serving as the state lead for PHIA’s Bihar office located in Patna. Possessing a postgraduate degree in Rural Development and Management, he brings over 15 years of expertise in project implementation, program and partnership management, campaign design, research and advocacy across various thematic areas including child rights, Dalit human rights, social inclusion, education, gender equality, WASH in Institutions, and climate change initiatives. He finds solace in nature and is consistently eager to explore diverse cultures and regions during his leisure time. Additionally, he finds joy in indulging in soft, soulful music.
