Pallavi Mambillil

Pallavi serves as an HCD Associate, experienced in creating programs and products for educational equity, environmental justice, affordable housing and women empowerment. Her background combines her education in product and social design to create community centric, inclusive solutions for complex social issues. Her previous work includes design of adaptive clothing, implementing foundational literacy programs and facilitating school level workshops for improved teacher turnover. At IHCRF Pallavi will be assisting Fellows through the design journey and using design thinking tools to support ideation.
