Muskan Khan is a Research and MEL Assistant at the India Health and Climate Resilience Fund (IHCRF). Her work focuses on supporting M&E and research that connects public health, climate change, and socioeconomic development across India.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Delhi, and have qualified the UGC-NET in Economics. At IHCRF, she assists in M&E, research, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and contribute to outputs that aim to inform impactful policy and program design. She is well equipped in various computing languges and tools such as R, Stata, and Excel, and is passionate about using data to drive real-world change—especially for communities most affected by climate and health challenges.
