Minakshi Tripathy is a senior development practitioner with over 25 years of experience in Institution Building, Livelihoods, Health, Nutrition, and Education. She joined the PHIA Foundation as a Programme Technical Advisor- Development Economist.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science from Utkal University, a MARD from IGNOU, and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management and Effective Business Communication from IIM Bangalore. Her career spans work with national and international organizations, including PRADAN, UNICEF, and various government departments in Jharkhand, Karnataka, and Odisha, where she has contributed to the successful execution of numerous high-impact projects. She served as Programme Director at Subhadra Charitable Trust in Bhubaneswar, where she worked closely with the School and Mass Education Department, Government of Odisha, to lead education initiatives aimed at improving access and quality.
Outside of her professional work, Minakshi has a deep personal interest in gardening. She finds peace and inspiration in tending to her garden, seeing it as a metaphor for her approach to development—nurturing growth and fostering patience.
