Dheeraj leads PHIA’s Jharkhand State operations. He is a Post Graduate in Rural Development from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, Jharkhand and was awarded a gold medal for securing the 1st rank in Rural Development stream.
He has an experience of more than 15 years in community mobilization, community engagement processes, liaison, networking, project management, partnership and grant management with reputed organizations. He loves outdoor activities and playing different sports, trekking being at the top of his list.He is also the best guitarist in PHIA Foundation who has played a pivotal role in making many post team meetings get together memorable and musical! He is also a huge animal lover and has rescued several animals in distress.
