Ankita leads the people’s function as the Chief People Officer at MTX Group, USA, which also has offices in India. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s global HR practices and operational strategies. With over 15 years of multi-sectoral experience after her post-graduation from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Ankita has led global HR practices and spearheaded regional initiatives across diverse industries, including information technology, product development, hospitality, government, and non-profits.
She has successfully guided organizations and departments in creating and refining policies, programs, processes, and organizational structures to adapt to internal and external changes while enabling scalability and growth.
Her work and contributions have been recognized with the Women Achiever by Women Who Lead National Award in 2021, supported by the Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India, and Padma Shri Award winners.
Ankita will bring global and strategic insights of strengthening organizational processes and practices, from across multiple industry environments. As a part of the advisory committee, she is committed to strengthening the social capital of PHIA and advising on strategic innovations for the organization.
