Anand Bolimera is a committed professional development leader with over 20 years of experience of social work in India, rooted in grass root activism and social development with a focus on social inclusion. He has extensive experience on strategic programme planning, monitoring, learning and evaluation. He has also been extensively engaging with the business sector on human rights, affirmative action and social inclusion at workplace. He is the current CEO and founder director of Change Alliance. Previously he was heading the India country program for Christian Aid UK as India Country Representative. He has also worked as Director of PACS programme. Anand enjoys reading on leadership, management, social issues and is a frequent traveler. He loves meeting people and enjoys conversation on social, economic, historical and cultural aspects and is quite fond of seafood. Anand is based in New Delhi.
