Sonalika E-Gurukul and JIDHAN (Jharkhand Intergrated Development for Health and Nutrition)

Sonalika E-Gurukul is an initiative by Sonalika CSR to broaden the scope of education for children across the country. This educational YouTube channel is dedicated to bringing fun and interesting ways of learning for children to ensure their continuous mental and emotional growth.The objectives of the YouTube channel are making education accessible to everyone, enhancing creativity and cognitive learning in children to broaden their imagination, bringing environmental consciousness among the children, and connecting every child with quality content to help them in learning and explore more. Three Gram Panchayat (Lodhma, Ghunsuli, and Kachchabari) of Karra block in Khunti District covering 3500 HH. 700 children will be covered through the project intervention during one-year

Objectives of the project:

• Providing better educational material to rural children through digital media/YouTube interactive educational content and through storytelling
• Up-skilling of teachers/volunteers through training and capacity building for better teaching deliverables
• To fill the gap of insufficiency of school teachers
• Help the tribal community for attaining basic education
