किसी भी गाँव का विकास, उसके नेतृत्वकर्ता पर निर्भर करता है और अगर वह नेतृत्वकर्त्ता एक युवा हो तो फिर क्या कहना! ऐसी ही एक कहानी है झारखण्ड के पश्चिमी सिंहभुम के मनोहरपुर प्रखंड स्थित कसियापेचा गाँव की जहाँ एक 20 साल का पढ़ा लिखा युवा ग्राम प्रधान नंदलाल सुरीन की जो ग्राम सभा की ताकत को समझकर अपने गाँव को नयी दिशा की ओर ले जा रहा है| इस पुरे सीरीज में हम आपको झारखण्ड के कई ऐसे गांवों से रूबरू करवाने जा रहे हैं जहाँ आज के दिनों में लोग ग्राम सभा के सामूहिक शक्ति को समझ रहे हैं। अपने गांवों की विकास योजना खुद तैयार कर रहे हैं और उसे धरातल पर ला रहे हैं। वैसे ही वे अपने हक और अधिकारों की बात अब करने लगे हैं । 'ग्राम सभा की कहानी" सीरीज का यह वीडियो 'ग्राम स्वशासन अभियान' की एक पहल है जिसे अज़ीम प्रेमजी फाउंडेशन के सहयोग से 'अखड़ा रांची' द्वारा निर्मित किया गया है|The development of any village depends on its leadership and representation. In Kashiyapecha, a village in Manoharpur in Jharkhand, Nandlal Surin, a 20-year-old village head is taking his village in a new direction, understanding the full power of his Gram Sabha. #8 महिलाओं की भागीदारीजहाँ आज के पुरुष प्रधान समाज में महिलाओं को घूंघट में रहना पड़ता है, उन्हें हर छोटा से छोटा निर्णय भी पुरुषों से पूछ कर लेना पड़ता है वहीँ झारखण्ड के चैनपुर प्रखंड स्थित रामपुर गांव की महिलाएं ग्राम सभा में अपनी भागीदारी से अपने गांव को सशक्त बना रही हैं विकास की राह में ले जा रही हैं | वे गांव के हर समस्याओं का निपटारा ग्राम सभा में तो कर ही रहीं है साथ ही अपने गांव की विकास योजना भी खुद तैयार कर रहीं हैं| लेकिन महिलाओं के लिए बदलाव का रास्ता इतना भी आसान नहीं था| तो चलिए देखते हैं उनके संघर्ष की कहानी को.Marginalised communities in rural areas which have long relied on traditional governance structures have struggled to address unforeseen threats relating to livelihoods, natural resources, village security, etc. PHIA Foundation, with the support of Azim Premji Foundation, initiated a programme in 2017 to strengthen local self-governance in Chainpur Block, Gumla District; Manoharpur, West Singhbhum District and Fatehpur, Jamtara District of Jharkhand.
