Instructions for filling the form

  1. The application form can be filled in Hindi or English language.
  2. The application form is divided into 2 sections – Know the Change Maker (first section) and Express Yourself (second section). It is compulsory to answer all the questions of both sections.
  3. The first section has to be filled online in written form only and the second section can be filled in two ways: written form and audio form.
  4. If the applicant is applying for the second section through an audio form:
    • Make a single audio file having answers to all the questions. Every question should be answered in a maximum of two minutes.
    • A phone or headphone mic should be used for audio recording.
    • The recording should be done in a quiet place.
    • The audio file name should be Applicant Name_City_State.
    • The size of the audio file should not exceed 10 MB.
    • The applicant has to upload the audio file in the given space. Submit the form only after filling both the sections.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email and phone.
