Hazel has joined the PHIA family in October 2022 as an HR Manager. She brings with her 10 years of international work experience in the human resource capacity. She has done her Masters in Human Resource from Central Queensland University- Melbourne campus, Australia. Her previous roles have seen her extensively work in Melbourne and modestly in Dubai, Middle East.
Hazel believes that human capital is every organization’s true asset; which should be construed into meaningful, actionable initiatives to meet the business vision. She is a strategist who likes introducing value-added goals. Hazel embraces the philosophy that learning has no age limits and says, ‘Life can teach you through a 4 year or an 80-year-old as long as you are receptive’. Her strengths are in counselling, empowering, disciplining, engaging and acknowledging her staff.
Her leisure hours see her spending quality time with family and friends. She loves reading, learning new languages- currently German, trying new recipes if time favours, and meditating.
