Instructions for filling the form<\/b><\/h3>\n

  1. The application form can be filled in Hindi or English language.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The application form is divided into 2 sections \u2013 Know the Change Maker (first section) and Express Yourself (second section). It is compulsory to answer all the questions of both sections.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The first section has to be filled online in written form only and the second section can be filled in two ways: written form and audio form.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. If the applicant is applying for the second section through an audio form:<\/span>\n
      \n
    • Make a single audio file having answers to all the questions. Every question should be answered in a maximum of two minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • A phone or headphone mic should be used for audio recording.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The recording should be done in a quiet place.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The audio file name should be Applicant Name_City_State.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The size of the audio file should not exceed 10 MB.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The applicant has to upload the audio file in the given space. Submit the form only after filling both the sections.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
